Who we are

Reden Intelligence is an applied-AI studio with operations in London and Cairo. For any privacy question, reach us at info@redenintelligence.com. When you interact with our agents on a client's store, that client is the data controller and we act as the data processor.

What we collect

From visitors to this site: your name, email, and the short note you add when you book a call — used only to schedule and prepare for it.

From customers interacting with our agents on a client's store: message content, a platform identifier, your display name, and order data, used to answer your questions and complete your purchase.

What we never collect

Payment card details, government identifiers, biometric data, or health data.

Why we collect it

To deliver the service the client hired us for — answering messages, completing checkout, recognising returning customers, and improving quality. We never sell, share, or rent your data for marketing.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run the service — for AI processing, hosting, messaging delivery, e-commerce integration, and scheduling. Each is bound by contract to use your data only to provide its service.

How long we keep it

Conversation history is kept while the client has an active agreement with us, then thirty days, after which it is permanently deleted. Aggregate, anonymised statistics may be kept to improve the service.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your data. Email info@redenintelligence.com with enough detail to identify your conversation and we will respond within thirty days. Depending on where you live, you may hold additional rights under the GDPR or Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law.

Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including encrypted transport and strict access controls. No system is perfectly secure; in the event of a breach affecting personal data, we notify affected users and the relevant authorities as required by law.

Children

Our services are for adult e-commerce customers. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under sixteen, and will delete it promptly if we learn we have.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced here with a new date.
